Wednesday
In spite of the poor weather conditions in the early days of the week
good progress
was made on putting on the new slates
on the south side of the roof.
By Wednesday evening about 40% of the south side of the roof had been re-
Inside the church, work continued on the construction of the new entrance lobby
and
the new toilets.
So that the lobby area will be in keeping with the church architectural style,
we
can see that a gothic arch will be incorporated into the structure.
The wooden framework for the compartments of the toilet area can bee seen
to the north
side of the entrance lobby.
Friday
Batons are put in place on the south side of the roof in preparation for the new
slates
and the valley is lined with lead.
Inside the church, the new entrance lobby is taking shape.

The framework for the toilet ceilings is put in place
